Stephen qualified in 1975. He is the third generation of his family practicing as a solicitor and worked in the family firm of Daniel C Maher up to 2008 when he joined this firm as a Senior Partner.  He specialises in the area of Private Client work and in particularly in Probate, Administration of Estates, Private and Commercial Conveyancing and Copyright Law. He is an experienced arbitrator . He is a former Council Member of Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and Law Society of Ireland and long standing member of Guidance and Ethics Committee of Law Society.
