Aine Curran
Áine Curran is a Partner with the firm. She holds a BCL from University College Cork and Diploma in Employment Law from University College Dublin.
Áine has vast experience in all areas of litigation and commercial practice, with particular expertise in employment law. She advises on a diverse range of issues from individual clients pursuing claims to corporate clients seeking advice on commercial transactions.
On the contentious side, she regularly represents both employees and employers in the High Court, Circuit Court. Labour Court, Employment Appeals Tribunal, Equality Tribunal and Rights Commissioner. She also provides advice on non-contentious matters such as drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, policies and commercial agreements.
Áine is a member of the Law Society Employment Law Committee.
