Anne is a partner with the firm and advises on a wide variety of commercial and litigation matters. She is an experienced commercial litigator and acts for a range of clients in shareholder and commercial disputes.

Anne advises on all aspects of business transactions including shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts.

Anne is an employment law specialist and lectures to solicitors, employers and human resource practitioners on employment issues. Anne has considerable experience representing clients before the High Court, Employment Appeals Tribunal and industrial relations bodies.
